The camera owner didn't set the date (or time) yet has the dispaly of the date imprinted on the picture.

HERE IS THE ANSWER.

One day Mcdonalds puts up a sign saying that they will be closed for remodeling. A couple days later they demolish the place.

How can you remodel a store that does not exist?
