Just wanted to let everyone know we now have the new Jim Beam 4 Rack Digital Smoker and Jim Beam Bisquettes in stock. The bisquettes are available in 12, 48 and 120 packs. The smoker is exactly the same as the original 4 rack except for the fact is has a Jim Beam logo on the front.

Unless I am mistaken I think the pucks are made from oak barrells that once contained Jim Beam.

Jim Beam, class act Kentucky limestone cave aged fine Bourbon  ;D

I bet those will make for a great smoke.

I grudgingly used Jack Daniels wood chips before because thats all I could find at the time. I used those to smoke up pepperoni. But they did come out good though. I still would of rather used Jim Beam wood instead. I know the Jack Daniels wood is used from the oak barrels used to store their whiskey in, Im more then sure the Jim Beam wood is the same thing. Being Bourbon and Whiskey barrels are technically only to be used once for each batch for premium Bourbon.

And yes, there is a differance between Bourbon and Whiskey. Bourbon is the good stuff only from Kentucky. The rest is just Whiskey.  :P

I'm just partial to anything Kentucky being I lived here all my life  :)

I wonder if the barrels used aged a batch of 4, 7 or black lable of Beam. Either way, this is pretty awsome :D

The Jim Beam are made from Hickory Barrells
and the Crown Royal are made from Oak Barrels

I saw them being made first hand.  ;D

We sell both the Jim Beam bisquettes and the Crown Royal Bisquettes.

Haven't had a chance to try them yet. I am hoping to fire up the smoker this weekend and give them a go. If I do I'll let you know how the flavor is.

Definitely interested in hearing others opinions once they try them.
