Beefman, Hang in there. Sounds like we will have a couple new people joining our Forum Family. You keep spoiling them with the Bradley they will be buying them and joining us here. Keep on that city and I would make sure the city builds you a new house. It will come around to bite you in the backside later. Something will go wrong down the road and they will try to weasel out of it and you will get screwed ou tof a bunch of money. That could be used to purchase food for the smoker. Good Luck.

hey all,

currently the city is paying for the hotel reimbursing us for meals, We also have been in communication with attorneys.. 1 that already was on tthe property tuesday befor we  got kicked out in which he had made his presence felt when he chatted with the city and had indicated that we  had called him, he is going to check into check into a few things and go fromand   there..

We also have  a neighbor litterly across the street that is a real estate agent that we will be using to look at homes and she is customer first anald had provided a lot of useful information.. she has  also heen in contact with the city and was talking with them about  us and  whats situration  with our home..

I do believe due the realationshps that i have set up over they years in the neighborhood people are stepping up to help me in my  time of  time of need. along with  the people in this forum...

again thanks all

Beef, I'm sorry to learn of your misfortune.  Hope all goes well for you.  Gotta love smoking for the hotel staff! :D  Sounds like all that smoked food you distributed throughout your neighborhood is paying dividends for you.

Good luck my friend,

Sorry to hear of misfortune Beefman. I hope things resolve themselves quickly and to your liking. Your attitude is a true example of the type person you appear to be. Your neighbors are blessed to have a friend like you. Hence, they will step up when the need arises. Your gifts will return ten fold.
May the fragrance of thin blue smoke always grace your backyard.

Sorry to hear about your situation, but REAL glad an attorney and realitor are involved.  Here in Florida (especially with the current economy), the city will not look out for your best interests and will short change you if possible.

wildcat you hit the nail on the head ... funny thing is  we had an attorney on the property on the premises befor they red taged it and he let them  ( the city ) know that he is there on our behalf and is gonna check into a few things.

as for the reailtor  shes is a neighbor that has hired me in to rewire her hsidome prior to this mess...and  shes  more customer based rather then profit based.. now we may consider some sort of trading services... all in all its a positive experiance with tionhe city so far  in a bad situration...
I just hope that though communications that a good outome occures

Looks like you are in good control.  Make sure they pay for everything - moving, storage, inconvienance, etc.  With a little luck, you may wind up coming out of this smelling like a rose.
