I took that picture a few years back.  Old school friend from Iowa and a few others (one of which is in the picture) from his company were out for trianing on a computer system.  They wanted to check out some of the local establishments and the Vikings were playing the Colts so Hooters was close by their hotel and as you can see, had the game on.  They didn't mind the attention from the girls either.
