Damn I hate working weekends. First off Thanks Habs for fielding the questions. JD Looks like it turned out great. Might just have to make one of these myself. A family friend called and asked me if I wanted a deer he had an extra tag left to fill and wasn't gonna use it if nobody wanted a deer. You know the answer to that question.

Same here, guy offered...I couldn't refuse.  In the brine again..heh, heh.
