you can always smoke alot of salmon, too.  I eat it freshly smoked as a main dish,  then I freeze whatever is left in single servings and thaw it later to top salads or just eat with crackers.   Man!  Smoked salmon is the GREATEST stuff! :o

God has a sense of humor....  Don't believe me?  go to WalMart and just LOOK at people!

I even -- now don't jump to conclusions Duck-- use turkey sausage or ground turkey when making spaghetti gravy, and this is from a pasta snob.

I think I saw him at the turnpike.  I think he should have switched to the healthier diet.

Lead is never any diet.  While low on carbs, the aftertaste is horrible.  ;)
