it was frozen already but the cook or freeze by date was the day i picked it up

I was making some game pies today and I had prepared a few pounds of ground / minced pork to use with the game (venison / hare / rabbit / pheasant) yesterday, just didn't smell right this morning so I binned the lot and started again.

Made me a bit grumpy for a while but better safe than sorry!!  ;)
