Nepas,  I hope you get to live out your dream!  Two years ago, my best friend offered me the floating restaurant at the head of his marina on a lake near Nashville - which is also the lake above the river I love to fish.  Unfortunately, at the time my daughter and wife were both in graduate school at Vandy - and I just couldn't afford either the time or the money involved.  Sigh - oh well, I'll just have to wait until the current operators leave or maybe one of the restaurants in one of his malls will decide to fold it up.
