OK....just mixed up the super duper top secret rub......got about 1.5 cups of it, so there will be plenty to go on many things. This is one of my top all around rubs that can be used either on beef or pork. It has a very minimal amount of salt in it (about 2 T) so it shouldn't be too much of a problem healthwise. It starts off a little sweet with a decent finishing kick on it (but not too spicy).

I won't guarantee that it will help you become more attractive to the opposite gender, but, it's worked wonders for me ;D
