Tiny Tim

I got 'er open with the "open office" thing.  Just took a while to download and install that function.  I'm good for now, thanks for the offer.  May look into the patch that Habs suggested though.  Would love to just buy a new computer with the latest versions of everything I use, but I just can't swing it right now.

Deb;

Thanks for posting that. I've been searching for it, but couldn't locate it.

Consiglieri

This is the kind of type A organization that I live for (and causes my wife to contemplate ways of cashing in on the life insurance).  When she met me, she smiled at the alphabetized CD collection.  She didn't smile as sweetly when I alphabetized the spice rack.  Somehow the letters keep getting messed up.

Mac user here...OS 10.5.5 ..... seems to be a Win32 proprietary file that confounds even my "I can open ANYTHING" Mac.  Any chance of sending it as a tab delineated file? Love your organization Duckman...I'm w/ Consiglierl!

A tab delineated file?  If I knew what it was, I'd probably not be unemployed  ;D  If you can explain it to me, I may be able to help.

Consigs, I have my spices arranged alphabetically as well  ;D  Birds of a feather..........

I sent a list of choices to Kummok to see if he would like it saved as any of them. I'm not sure which he or anyone else would prefer.

Not to worry Duckman...I KNOW what it is and I'm still unemployed (actually retired ;) )...in fact knowing what it means is one of the reasons I'm "unemployed"...finally learned enough to discover that I didn't like the view out my office window!  ;) ;D Tab delineated files simply store data in a text format with blocks of information separated by tabs; similar to a .CSV file, but use tabs to delineate data instead of commas; hence, they can be imported to populate most spreadsheet (and certain database) programs. (Ain't ya glad ya asked!?!  ;) ) Pens is helping via PM so concentrate your efforts on packing up and coming up to help de-populate the King Salmon fishery up here!  ;) ;) ;D

I can be packed in 10 minutes if it means helping to lessen the burden the King Salmon is putting on your fishery.  I think you know I'd do anything to help the environment in any small way I can  ;D
