Ok, now I'm really hungry.
Lookin gooood.
I would still dip in BBQ sauce... that's right, BBQ!! :-)
Looks delicious.
NePaS, those look good my friend!
FLBR, say the word and I'll shoot a bag or two your way. Can never have too many pellets! PGO had a great deal on Bear Mountain pellets a while back and I wound up ordering 300 pounds. Majority was hickory. I am from Kentucky after all. :)

A dash of seasoned salt and some hot sauce sounds good to me.
They certainly came out looking better than they started. No more little tongue look. Nice looking fingers Rick.

Oh yeah i'm sure ya could. Like shake n bake..................and i helped :D
Here's a problem I have been having lately: Anytime i make chicken or pork with breading the breading never sticks to the meat. I have tried letting the meat soak in milk for at least an hour. I have tried different batters. But no matter what I do the breading never sticks. What gives?
BTW- the chicken looks great.

Whip 3 to 4 eggs with buttermilk. Mix good add meat and let sit in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Here is how i batter.
Buttermilk/egg/meat in the bowl-----------dry batter-----------hot oil
Left hand does the wet and into the dry, right hand does the dry to oil.
Then you do the hokey pokey and you turn yourself around, that's what it's all about.

I havent used buttermilk but have I do put 1 egg in the milk mixture. Maybe I need more eggs??? I have tried it so many different ways. I have used beer, bread crumbs, corn meal. I am usually pan frying the meat and everything looks good until I cut into it and it falls apart. ???
