Never made it either.  Now if you are looking for Corona Ritas or Bourbon Slushies, just let me know.   ;D

Sangria wine daiquiri's in DarqMan's machine!

One pitcher, two pitcher, floor!

Sonny, Mary has a great recipe for Sangria.  I've made it once and don't have the recipe handy but will find it.  I do know it used burgundy wine and a small amount of orange brandy along with the fruit and other stuff.  I'll track it down.... ;D

Long ages ago used to make it.  Certainly not authentic, but mighty good.  They went down easy!

Cheap burgundy type wine
Frozen pink lemonade
Frozen limeade
Frozen cherry juice or frozen fruit punch or frozen tropical blend.
Frozen orange juice.

Don't remember exact qty - I think I just added to taste and keep adding till you like it.

Liter of wine
1 can pink lemonade
1/2 can or less limeade
1/2 can Cherry or fruit punch or tropical blend.
1/2 can oj
Ice
sliced citrus to jazz it up.

Often would blend it up with ice and make a sangria smoothie or frozen sangria - mighty nice.

Pretty sweet, but as I said, went down easy!

Sonny, this is Mary's recipe I promised.  I've had this a few times and it is very good.

6 1/2 cups red wine
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup orange liqueur
3/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (about 4 oranges)
Combine in gallon jar with the peeling from 4 oranges and 4 lemons.  Chill. Mix about half and half w/club soda to serve.  Adjust the amount of club soda to taste... If you want to get twisted, drink it straight ;D
