Does anyone clean the inside of their smoker other than the racks, bowl and biskett feeder

Nope, just the racks, V-tray, water bowl and feeder.  Let the interior walls season.

The only other area I like to clean is by the door seal. Just use some rubbing alcohol so the seal won't stick to the cabinet.

Good catch Hawkeye.  I left that out and cleaning the door seal is important.

Periodically you may want to remove the vent and clean that and the surrounding area with either denatured or rubbing alcohol.

If you open the door, and anything looks like a neglected bio-dome...
CLEAN THAT.  PLEASE.

The rest is "seasoning".
