Title: Smoked a brisket flat
Post by: OU812 on January 11, 2010, 04:16:32 PM
Took a hole brisket and removed the point to make some corned beef and seasoned the flat  with some onion and garlic powder along with some fresh ground black pepper.

This one I sliced for sammies and packed for the freezer, after I had my fill.
