Took a hole brisket and removed the point to make some corned beef and seasoned the flat  with some onion and garlic powder along with some fresh ground black pepper.

Trimmed the and cured, here it is before the cure.

The brisket flat after 4 hr Pecan.

This one I sliced for sammies and packed for the freezer, after I had my fill.

Here's the point after the cure.

Kinda looks like bacon. Hum beef bacon, might have to try it.

Packed and ready for another day.

Did this brisket flat at the same time I did a pork butt. (Thats another post)

Another masterpiece, OU!
I can't wait to see the post about the corned beef brisket, and see the pictures.

You are an artiste with the vac sealer
Much impressed
If I get a vac and a seal I am pretty happy with myself

Maybe you could vac seal my stuff ?
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?
