Title: Hellow from GA
Post by: cgaengineer on January 13, 2010, 03:46:39 AM
While I do not currently own a Bradley smoker I am very interested in purchasing one. I own a Weber Genesis grill and a Vertical Propane Smoker. I love to cook both inside and outside...and most of all I love to eat what I cook.

cga, Welcome to the Forum and glad to have you in the hood.

I think you would be very Happy with a Bradley, but that is something you will have to decide.

They say a picture says a Thousand words and with all the great pics of food porn on this forum

there is no sense in me adding more.

If you have any questions, just ask.

We'll help anyway we can.

I raise a breed of dogs that origionated down in Alapaha County and love your Onions.

Welcome to the Bradley forum.  I lived in Georgia all of my life until a few months ago.  The food there is great and I miss it SO much.  The food generated from the Bradley is great!! It is a wonderful investment.  This forum also has some other tasty recipes that you can try that don't require a smoker.  Enjoy!!:D

Sorry everyone for the slow reply. This is the only thread which I am not subscribed.

The GA is for Georgia, and the Engineer is because I work for a surveying engineering company.

Winder GA is my location.

The bot was from the other night. CRG and myself chased him around for 10 minutes reporting the spam. Unfortunately there was no one here to stop him.

Georgia, eh? Here is a post from the other day to MrsHoss:

Welcome to the fun MrsHoss. I've already tried a few recipes from here. The ABTs were a huge hit. Give em a try.
I may be Canadian but a lot of the time I think I should be from the south. I love smoked food and BBQ, Jack Daniels, the fine accent of a Southern Belle and a big fan of the Blues and music like Skynard, Molly Hatchett, SRV... and just the laid back attitude that seems to prevail down there.
