Now there all gone, more to come. I also got casing the other day for some sausage, I would like to go at some snacksticks, can someone point me in the right direction. Easy start?
Some good looking Yardbird for your first try at it!! I would wait until Monday when the recipe site is back online. There is a recipe for Gregs spicy snack sticks that is pretty good.
Looking good tomsbjorn!
You sure you haven't done this before?
looks good!
looks like you aced that one. great job
Those look great!
I know a guy that makes something similiar to your bacon wrapped loin only cuts the loin down the middle and inserts a high temperature cheese, mushrooms, and peppers and calls it a "bacon bomb". It is excellent. Something to try for next time.
Looks REAL GOOD...
And, I'm glad TP behaved and said those nice things...
(He hates BACON...)
