Everything on the smoker has a home.
Boudain to grandkids (after they do the Boudain Dance)
Sausage for couple snacks and rest for a new baked bean project.
Ham to Wifie's daughter.
Spilt the pork loin between Me and my Mom.
The chicken thighs are mine. ;D

ROTFLMAO
We need to see _all_ the pics from last night then...
The thighs were bonless and skinless from the Market.
Just sprinkle some Peppered Bacon Salt on the inside with a skice of
Red Onion, Slice of Fresh Jalapeno and I used Frigo Cheese Heads String Cheese
because it has a higher melting range. Just rolled it up. Sprinkle again with seasoning.
Wrap bacon around it, seasoned it again.

And looking forward to you being back on the Forum.
CRG you amaze me. Stuff the Bradley till she blows.
Isn't that what they were made for? ;D
What was the total cook time on all that?
I used 3 hrs and 40 minutes of pecan/hickory.
And everything came out just about as soon as the smoke cleared.
The Ham, I re-rubbed with Maple extract and Vac sealed it in the fridge for a couple of days before slicing it.
All that can cook in 3:40? What temp?
Looks good Sonny. I've never seen a part of a pig that looked like that ham ;D
Sorry about your camera. Did you ever find your pickup truck ??? ??? ;D
Chicken was on Bottom then the pork loin.
Those were the ones that needed cooking.
Everything else was basically pre-cook (Ham, Sausage, Boudain)
They needed some heat and smoke.
Set PID at 240 on bottom rack of chicken.
