Title: Crawfish Etouffee

Here is my Crawfish Etouffee that i did yesterday.

Melted butter

Diced onions

Made the rice while the onions were being sauteed.

Chopped bell pepper and garlic.

Rinsed and re seasoned crawfish tails.

Added to the onions, bell pepper, garlic to saute.

After the tails were done i removed them to make the roux.  Sorry for the blur.

Added tails to the roux and re seasoned.

Simmered for 20 mins.

Plated topped to the rice. Green onions and parsley on top.

Been a few years since I have had any crawfish, that sure does look good.  Nice plate too!

Looks great! I'm on vacation in Gulf Shores, AL and had blackened grouper swimming in crawfish etouffee last night for dinner. Delish! Sorry no PICS.

I could peel a few hundred pounds of Gulf shrimp in my sleep, but dem mudbugs take me a while  ;D

Just ordered some of the Bradley Jerky Racks from YandP.  Got some seafood and cheese in my smoking sights.
