I didn't make it to the Cajun Microwave Pig Fest until they were all ready carving the pig. The Hog was almost 100lbs dressed without the head!

Nice pics CRG!
Wow! What a pile of food!
CRG, that just gives me one more reason to get out of California, If i want a Tofu Festival, they are plenty. I really miss events like that I experienced in the midwest.
I was so stuffed when I left that Pig-Out that I missed my turn coming home
and didn't realize it for 10 minutes.
No Adult beverages, I was in a Food Coma!
The couch was my friend for about three hours. ;D
Looks like a great time was had by all. Thanks for sharing those pics.

Yes sir, if plans had not already been in place would have loved to attend. ;D
You do fine work.
The Hog, like I said was close to 100 lbs ready to go.
He bought it from a hog farmer, cleaned and on ice for $50.

beer cooler so far ;D
Wow what a spread. It makes me hungry and I am so stuffed right now. Just came from my brothers where we had a B-day dinner for Wombat and Bree. Steak and lobster, peaches and cream corn on the cob, my Baked potato salad with ranch dressing, mayo and smoked paprika, shrimp cocktail and peanut butter cup ice cream cake. Now how could I be hungry after that, but those pics would make anyone want to eat more. Very nice Sonny, to bad you didn't get to see the cooker in action.

Q, that sounds seriously good also.
I have seen that cooker in full combat mode twice a year for the last 15 years.
We do two pigs a year at the camp.
Some mighty fine looking grub there CRG.
After stuffing myself at this Pig Feast like it was the Last Supper,
I finally got hungry at about 4 this afternoon. ;D
I don't think Jebus had it that good. ;)
