I've heard that people try every step they use and still can't match it.
Lots of folks swear there's something different about the water that makes it... 
Of course, that could just be a load of crap.

Hal, I did read that alot and i have to rely on Hector who didn't have access to Tampa water.

I read somewhere that the japanese are great a copying all kinds of things, But they can't replicate Scotch. Something about the water
