Reading this and other such articles has given me reason to re-evaluate my lifestyle. SO- after a great amount of evaluation and much serious thought I have decided to quit. Quit reading and to keep enjoying the food I have been eating for decades.
Soon as I saw the words fda.gov, food, and guidance I knew better than to open that article.
