Welcome to "low & slow," Tommy.  Now if we could only get NePaS to open his SRG...

Yep,  ASAP!     Kimmie is getting her nails done, she didn't like the way they looked when I got a picture of her hand cutting the butter chicken.

Not sure what to try first, since IT TAKES SO LONG TO SMOKE! I'm use to getting home tossing a yardbird in the SRG and get the fixens ready then go outsdide and get my bird out cause it's done!

Not sure how I'm going to do waiting on low and slow?  LOL  But it will be fun trying!

No more hot and fast.

Low and slow is the way to go.

You've got to learn to pace yourself, no more than one beer per puck.

If your doing chicken you may still want to hit it with some heat near the end to crisp up the skin.  :)

My SRG is "Still" in the Box, but I have the BE to use until I get it out.

If I didn't have the BE ............ my SRG won't be in a box. It would be cookin'.

OH I know, doors up and fans a going!  Now unlike 10.5 I use a fan to clear the smoke out of my garage!  LOL   ;D

My Bradley will be based in my other garage with a vent in the roof, I just need to find a good solid table and a vent stack with a hood then I'm set!!

I hope you have a beer fridge in that other garage.  Smoking does require Adultery beverages.  I think someone said 1 beer per puck.  Sounds just about right  ;D  Glad you got your new toy.  You will enjoy it for sure.

In the picture you will see a brown box to the lower rt of the Bradley, that's Kimmie's fridge for her beer.  Now since this OBS is going to MY garage then she has her "Adult Bevereages" and a garage to drink them and I have mine to got to!

Hey Tommy, what's our first victim smoke for the Bradley??

Not sure yet, I think it's gonna be Red-Neck smoked ham.

Canned ham smoke til most of the fat is out then I use a mop of Sun Drop (sorta like Mt Dew) and brown sugar and some spices!   really good and a good way to season a smoker

If I presented a canned ham to my wife, she would tell me to find another hobby

Kimmie does not like canned ham so it's all for me!!!   ;D

She does like Spam so go figure????   I think it's the idea I'm cooking/smoking it, she still thinks I lost my mind.

Did I or is it just me thinking I'm sane?   8)
