Heck Yeah, Bradley in a box, but not for long.

Looking forward to see what we are having for the first smoke.

Welcome to "low & slow," Tommy.  Now if we could only get NePaS to open his SRG...

Looks like we both will be seasoning our new "toys" tonight!
Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?

Yep,  ASAP!     Kimmie is getting her nails done, she didn't like the way they looked when I got a picture of her hand cutting the butter chicken.

Not sure what to try first, since IT TAKES SO LONG TO SMOKE! I'm use to getting home tossing a yardbird in the SRG and get the fixens ready then go outsdide and get my bird out cause it's done!

Not sure how I'm going to do waiting on low and slow?  LOL  But it will be fun trying!

No more hot and fast.

Low and slow is the way to go.

If your doing chicken you may still want to hit it with some heat near the end to crisp up the skin.  :)

Hey CRG, do you think I should leave it in the box and see which comes out first, my Bradley or NePa's SRG!!!!!   ;D

My SRG is "Still" in the Box, but I have the BE to use until I get it out.

If I didn't have the BE ............ my SRG won't be in a box. It would be cookin'.
