Made this bad boy a couple weeks ago when Taby was home from big girls school. Half deer loin and half pork tender loin all slathered up with some good stuff that Arnie gave me the recipe for.

Then made a bacon weave and Taby slathered that too.

Then rolled up the loins and through in a 250 F smoker and rolled 4 hr Hickory.

Right at the 4 hr mark the loins hit an It of 145 F so I pulled the beautiful hunk of joy.

Let rest uncovered for bout 20 min and sliced.

Dinner time, no we dont get tired of taters n gravy with some green bean casteroil. Its gooooood.

Taby had some friends over and that Derk Fattie only lasted bout an hr.

They also have a high heat limit of like 350*
