Now I have never peeled my casings off of my SS before sealing and freezing. Is there any difference or why do you guys do it that way?
I don't if there is a right way or wrong way. I have always pulled the casing off before I vac seal. I guess i want to see the finished product and to see if I forgot to get any air bubbles out ;D

I did take the casings off the smaller chubs. The larger ones the casings are a better quality and had no wrinkles so i cut the hog rings off each end and vac.
