Nepas, where did you get the v shaped bars in your Bradley, are they bradley eq. or after market i was looking for something to hang turkey legs from.

Cut a slice early before vac sealing  ;D

Now I have never peeled my casings off of my SS before sealing and freezing. Is there any difference or why do you guys do it that way?
