Got 30 pounds of goose going to be here tomorrow  :o

By the time you get done with this season you might know how to make some stuff using Goose meat.

Just had some goose summer sausage from WI that my brother had made.  It was pretty good, the texture reminded me of liverwurst, and it was darker than a normal sausage.

Yup it is pretty dark meat.
