Picked up a 13lb packer cut brisket a few weeks ago to smoke for the Super Bowl. I rubbed with Gun Powder seasoning and injected with Walter Jetons Brisket marinade/mop. I smoked for 4 hours with hickory and the total cook time was 14 hours with an IT of 190 in the flat.

Nice Bark Snelly.
Mmmmmm Brisket
Looks good! How's it taste? ;D
Brisket looks like it turned out great Matt!! BTW How can you turn down a text from a friend needing help at 11:30 at night??? You just close one eye so you can read the text and reply. Then go back to sleep feeling good cause you was able to help!!
Love that gunpowder bark!
Looks great. Everyone loved my Gun powder brisket tonight.
Good looking brisket - but then again I might be biased! Brisket always looks good to me!
Righteous looking brisket.
Looks like you nailed another one and in the process used barbeque legend Walter Jetton's pioneering mop. I happen have his book, Walter Jetton's LBJ Barbecue Cook Book, in my collection.
Nice touch.
Good luck and slow smoking,
Pachanga

2-1/4 teaspoons paprika
1-1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated

I slice up 3/4 of the brisket leaving some of the point on the cutting board with the intention of taking that piece home for leftovers and this is what I found at the end of the night... lol
