Title: Soileau's Rubed BACON BOMB !!!!!!

First i started with Maple bacon

Then some pork sausage

Then a little onion and red and green pepper and some smoked pepper jack cheese ;D

I put Soileau's on all layers thanks to squirtthecat Thanks Pat(http://i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z374/Cody_Berdahl/baconbomb005.jpg)
Oh and a layer of fried BACON !

And i gave it a little roll

Then wrap the BACON and again dust with Soileau's

Now it in the Bradley for some Black pepper Rosemary and Thyme pucks finished pictures later.

Love your beer choice as well...   You'll need some more when you slice into it for a taste.  ;)

Its hard to put into words but maple bacon heat and so much flavor that in in love with it
So if one slice is 5000 calories i ate 10000 ;D

I went by temp of internal temp of 165 i dont remmember how long it took for the temp it was at 250 with my obs or maxed outwith 1 and 1/2 hours smoke.

Thanks again, all went very well and the guests loved it!  Did pork & beef ribs, plus the bacon bomb!  Yummmmm.

WOW!!! what a bomb, that my friend is a meal for a king, it just had to be delicious with soileau's seasoning..
