First i started with Maple bacon

Then a little onion and red and green pepper and some smoked pepper jack cheese ;D

Oh and a layer of fried BACON !

And i gave it a little roll

Then wrap the BACON and again dust with Soileau's

Now it in the Bradley for some Black pepper Rosemary and Thyme pucks finished pictures later.

Its hard to put into words but maple bacon heat and so much flavor that in in love with it
So if one slice is 5000 calories i ate 10000 ;D

I went by temp of internal temp of 165 i dont remmember how long it took for the temp it was at 250 with my obs or maxed outwith 1 and 1/2 hours smoke.
