Dang Rick...I'm on a diet...geez.... ??? Making my mouth water....
Rick is that cloth just regular muslin, like I can get a jo-ann fabrics, or is it a secret?
Dang they really turned out nice!
Hey "Pusher Man" where did you get those cloth bags? I checked on Butcher & Packer and Sausage Maker website and can't find them.
Little help please, thanks Teach! ;D
Flb & SS
The bags i made are just plain un bleached cotton muslin from wallys not so smart or jo ann.
Cut 5" wide and 14" long. folded over and sewn on the bottom and one side. Next time i think going with one long tube so i can cut the lengths at any size i need.
Some sliced shots.

Ya....what SS said. ;D
Taste is pretty close to the Taylor roll.
I do however think the cotton bag roll taste better than the synthetic chubs.
I wounder how the cotton would taste better?
A totally uneducated guess from me is the smoke penetrates cotton better than it does the synthetic material.
At wallys not so smart.
