Title: Pork and Beef Ribs for dinner
Post by: Mr Pigo on April 17, 2011, 09:40:37 PM
Still trying things out and tossed 3 bone beef rib in with the rack of pork back ribs. Pork were good. Beef was a little fatty thinking going a little longer to render the fat out a little more?? Thoughts??(http://i1130.photobucket.com/albums/m539/mrpigo/IMG_5257.jpg)

We are care mostly for babyback ribs, I have a nephew down in Texas that is very good with beef ribs, but we don't do them anymore for the same reason, too fatty.
