Pork and Beef Ribs for dinner

Still trying things out and tossed 3 bone beef rib in with the rack of pork back ribs. Pork were good. Beef was a little fatty thinking going a little longer to render the fat out a little more?? Thoughts??

i did some beef ribs that were ridiculously fatty.  the flavor of the meat was so good though, but just almost to fatty for me..

We are care mostly for babyback ribs, I have a nephew down in Texas that is very good with beef ribs, but we don't do them anymore for the same reason, too fatty.
