had an urge for tri tip and forgot to take pictures in the process though I do have a couple

OU - do you have an Omaha Steak retail store near you? I found one about 45 min from me and they had tri tip. I did my first one over the weekend.
Great looking tri-tip I really like the before picture...how much did that weigh????

there were 3 pieces of tri tip that was 10 1/2 lbs befor smoking and a little less then 9 after,
