beefmann tri tip

had an urge for tri tip and forgot to take pictures in the process though I  do have a couple



seasoned with paprika, black pepper, granulated garlic, and ground mustard



out of the smoker with a coating of bullseye bbq turned out delicious

You guys and your tri tip cooks are killing me!  ;D

Dont see tri tip around here, might find it the butcher shop dont know bout that ether.

OU - do you have an Omaha Steak retail store near you?  I found one about 45 min from me and they had tri tip.  I did my first one over the weekend.

Great looking tri-tip I really like the before picture...how much did that weigh????

Why yes I do. Never thought of checking them out, they are only 10 min from work. Thank you Mam.

there were 3 pieces of tri tip that was 10 1/2 lbs  befor smoking and a little less then 9 after,
