Mixed 1kg of mince with seasoning and 1/2tsp cure split the mince in 1/2 so I can make 2 Fatties .
1 went to the Freezer. Rolled it out on cling film.

Nice thing about fatties is...it's up to you and your personal taste...I make sausage fatties...no beef...but the concept is the best part...any meat you wish... ;D

Yes they are.
OK, What did you use the Watties for? I didn't see Spagetti in that fatty!!! LOL Better yet, keep that nasty stuff to yourself. I'm not a Watties fan. I bet if you had the same bacon we have here in the states, it wouldn't have gotten so over done. That streaky bacon you have in NZ is too thin. Besides, I can never get your bacon to fry right.
LOL ... what good spotting Watties is the only way to go, the spagetti is on the other Fattie which is in the freezer ;)
The only reason the bacon got over done was because I put it in the oven to make the bacon crispy
( Bad move ) >:( >:(

I have a friend of mine in Bishopdale, just outside of Christchurch, that has a ceramic tile counter top and a dual basin sink but thats the only one I can think of. All the other houses I've been in have stainless.
Nice work!
