We kinda out by ourselves. Empty lots across the street and on both sides. Lots of military family here so some work weird hours or on deployments.

Naaa, not yet. I think 1 smoke is going to be ok w/out vent. Its breezy here and got the door open.

Glad to see your feeling better and getting back in the swing of things. Snausages look really good. I found a package of kielbasa you left here after the SO. They became the cooks tasters while cooking 250 hotdogs for the end of year Soccer picnic.

No seams in the cellulose casings. I think the black lines are a reminder that you need to peel the casing off before you eat them.
