Title: Pork Shoulder Stock

Nothing can be wasted....

I use this for beans or stews. I even put a couple of TBS into the vacuum packed pulled pork packs. When I reheat them they are  very tender and moist.

I do the same thing, even put a foil pan with a couple beers in it a couple shelfs down when smoking. De-fat and ya got some killer stock.

Nothing goes to waste.  ;D

mix it into your sausage instead of water. adds flavor and moisture.  :)
