Did a few Butt Burners last night with a small Brisket.. The ladies at the office love me now but will not tomorrow  ;D

Italian Sausage, Cream Cheese, jalapenos with Lemon Pepper,tony chacheres,garlic powder,onion power(cooked in meat). Bacon powdered with CajunSeasoning.

Simple and yummy

Think I'm gonna try to do mine in half  like you did. I see that you wrap them all the way up with goodness. In the past I cut the tips off and stuff them. Thanks for the reply.
