Hi folks, just found this forum a few days ago and have been thoroughly enjoying the wealth of information here. I have a 4 rack digital smoker with no mods at all. I am a retired Police Officer who is enjoying retirement, although I have had my Bradley for 4 years I do not use it too often but I am working on changing that.

Where you at in CFL bille...I'm from Ormond Beach...but worked for years in Altamonte Springs and Orlando...

Lived in Jax, Fla for 13 years.

Use to have a good friend that owned the Mazda dealership there. (Ocala)

Not big on the gators, they are very good to eat though. Yes we quite a few horse farms around here.  8)
