Hello from Central Florida

Hi folks, just found this forum a few days ago and have been thoroughly enjoying the wealth of information here. I have a 4 rack digital smoker with no mods at all. I am a retired Police Officer who is enjoying retirement, although I have had my Bradley for 4 years I do not use it too often but I am working on changing that.

Not big on the gators, they are very good to eat though. Yes we quite a few horse farms around here. 8)
