Thats gonna be good, I had some Starnes on my meat loaf  sammy the other day and it truly is good stuff, matter a fact I dumped more on after the photo shoot ;D

Going to use the jerky board Q made for me. With a quick call to me buddy Sonny he lerned me on how to roll the GB jerky out  ;D

Parchment cut to size.

Smoosh down the gb jerky

Next roll that puppy flat. I used the 3/8" side. Put water on the rolling pin so the jerky wouldnt stick, guess you could use Pan or peelease.

Used my pizza cutter to make the slices.

Next put the jerky slices on a frogmat.

Thats gonna be gooood.

I've done it with CT a bunch of times and with A1 steak sauce also.

Gonna give Starnes a shot next time.

That is a good idea for the Jerky board!! Jerky looks like its gonna be good too. You just used Starnes with a little cure#1?
