use whatever seasoning you like, smoke for about 1 - 2 hours at 210-220, total cook time around 3 hours or until they're done to your liking.

Probably busy watching football and smoking something
I've got a 3lb. pork loin roast going right now
Threw some Rufus Teague rub on it, smoker temp is at 220, used 3 hours of pecan, it's been in for about 5 hours now and the IT is sitting at 155 right now.

I agree with dman.  Sorry was smoking and a grilling, drinking and watching football.  I favor JAN's rub on pork and chicken.
