I located the meat in the McRib and the animal it comes from!! Now you with uneasy stomachs may not want to find out. LOL

Holy @#$% that is unreal. Can you believe they would do that. Fortunately am a sick individual and I see humour in it, but even I have to say that is in very poor taste.
So who is gonna be the first one to smoke one? Costco in Sarasota is under construction right now, so it ain't gonna be me....
Not me! Who can be sure what they pressed together to create that whatever!
Not a problem for me. It's cooked ham meat pressed into the form. Anybody got a couple slices of bread, a slice of cheese and some crisp lettuce? ;D Some Starne's would be nice on it too! ;)
So lets be clear...it is not the McDonalds McRib meat as I have their cook book and that is not a product they use...
HOWEVER...if it's a boneless pork product...doesn't bother me that it is shaped...I could care...does it taste good?
i do i do wow thats cool lol
anyways smoke up this and try it out

got an idea when doing my st louis ribs lol
Boy that really would be Red Neck ham!
Well you all try it and let me know. If its good then i'll consider it.
Well, for me, it would depend on what it is actually made from. If it's made from pork meat then OK. If it is made from that nasty boiled pork skin and who knows what else like a real McRib is made then they can keep it. I ain't starving yet.
McDonalds food is all stuff you can get at the store...very brand specific though...I made a sausage egg McMuffin once (from the recipe) and dang if it didn't taste exactly like you buy...down to the 15 seconds in the microwave wrapped in wax paper!!!

Yes I know LOL And for the most part I do like McDonald's even though I try not to eat fast food any more. But I am tired of people throwing BBQ Sauce on things and call it BBQ. There is so much more to good BBQ then sauce. You do not need sauce to make it. The meat they use is no more than burger and soy bean I suspect. Just a poor excuse for BBQ in my opinion! I was just being sarcastic I guess!
