Title: I call this a chuck wagon pie

Chuck wagon cause its what I had on hand.  ;D

1 lb pulled beef
1/2 lb back bacon
1/2 lb deer pepperoni

Some sourdough.

Punched down and allowed to rest.

Then made a crust.

Ground the beef and pork,,,,,,,,,,,,,didnt feel like breakin out the knife.  ::)

Some home grown sauce.

2 lb of cheese later (yep smoked) we are ready for the oven.  ;D

It didnt suck but gonna add some BBQ sauce and jalapenos next time.

Thanks everyone, it could use some veggies but mamma dont like em.  >:(

I've tried makin half the way I like it and half the way mamma likes it but by the time I'm done building one of these things I have forgot which side is hot and which is not.  ::)

Dont tell her theres mushrooms in the sauce. :-X

I have to keep it family friendly,,,,,,,,,,,,dump plenty of crushed red peppers on it when eating though.

Is it possible to make two "personal" size pies.  Can you find two smaller pans?  Tell her that at Chez OUB12's "You can have it your way!"  I would definitely add onions, peppers and sliced mushrooms to mine.....with a few shakes of Whoop Ass Hot Sauce from my Christmas package too...

I'm with you Ray, I like all that good stuff on my pizza too.

Gonna have to find some smaller pans,,,,,,,,,,,,,anybody seen small deep dish around?
