Did up 5 lbs of Muebe chicken nuggets. Used 1 tsp each of Cayene and Chipotle pepper, but no heat to these things. Sure are tasty though!

White meat. The soy vei sauce makes a nice crusty coating. Had to pull the bad away from the son. Think he ate two lbs in about 20 minutes.
I NEED TO DO THIS!
Niiiiiiiiice! That is now on my list!

I'm so gonna do me up some chicken nugets.
Local natural food store had all white, 97% fat free chicken tenders on sale for $1.58/lb. Wish I had bought more than 5 lbs. These things rock!

Where is the muebe nugget recipe at

Muebe can link the real thing but is one bottle Soy Vei Very Terryaki, Cure #1 and cayene pepper. I used 1 tsp cayene and 1 tsp chipotle pepper and I taste no spice. So going to have to kick it up more next time.

sorry for the quick reply Mike, had daughter hollering at me. Dissolve 1 tsp of cure in 1/4 cup of water, mix in spice. Mix with teriyaki and marinate. Very easy recipe. Muebe sprinkles red pepper flakes. I need to try this to add some heat.
