Want to make some salami like seemore just did but don't have any Corn Syrup Solids.
I can order it online but it probably won,t get here while I am on holidays. Is there any thing I could substitute that I might be able to get locally as no one around here has it. Wish we had more suppliers here in Ontario.

Clear Karo syrup will work good.
Like Nepas said you can use Karo but I am also in Ontario and can't find that brand name here but it is basically clear corn syrup so any brand will do.
