Recipe calls for 10-12 hours of heavy smoke, don't think I'll give it that much, going on 6+ hours now

Yes Thread says 50 lb recipe, but recipe is for 25 lbs which I scaled down to 10lbs

Looks like it turned out very well.
That is very nice Tony. I would ask your taste tester but I don't think he can type. So how did it taste?? I always like when someone says if it was good or taste like crap. It sure looks good.
