The nice weather got me out smoking some ribs and beans. I posted the beans on another thread. Here are some pics of the ribs. Good ol`3-2-1 method works every time!

Great pictures!
bigmikey, or anyone else, is there a thread or discussion that talks about what is involved in installing a second element? does it connect to the other and current power source or is it run by a second power source? is it connected whatever thermostat in there? Is it difficult to install? Maybe I should start these in a separate thread.

I cant seem to find the 3 2 1 recipe. Could someone lead me to that one.

look here (http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=10182.msg109618#msg109618)
The 3 2 1 is a process not a recipe. Basically smoke for 3 hrs, foil and keep cooking for 2 hrs, and put back on with or without sauce for another 1 hr. you can vary this anyway you like. It's more of a guide. :). Good luck

Old Speckled Hen is a British Ale... Very nice too! I've only had it from Cask rather than cans though...
