Title: Smoked Turkey

Got one thawing now. Undecided on which smoker to use yet or use my Meadow Creek.

Ain't it fun gearing up for a cook? I think the next one I do I am going to brine with onions, apples, pears and garlic added, smoke in the Bradley with apple or cherry for 2 hours then off to the ole TBE.

Let us know what you decide on and of course pictures.

Are you going to brine it?
